Balaji Arumugam Saibalaji lives by this principle of the divine SaiBaba in healing others. Balaji Arumugam Saibalaji is a renowned astrologer and a VaastuShastra expert from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He does all his rituals,prayers and pujas with the help and guidance of Shirdi Sai Maharaaj. He comes from five generations of pandit background and always treats you like family and a small conversation with him gives you all the positive energy you need to overcome any difficulties.

Consider it the Almighty SaiBaba's divine intervention, in the year 2012, Saibalaji happened to meet Mr V.Sairam. Sairam was going through a really difficult phase of his life at that time. With Saibalaji's guidance and predictions and the divine SaiBaba's blessings, Sairam was able to come out of his misery and lead a happy and contented life. Sairam was elated for this new phase and thankful to the divine SaiBaba. He wanted to share his happiness with Saibalaji. That is when Sairam came to know about Saibalaji's lifelong passionate dream of building a temple for SaiBaba. Sairam wanted to join hands with Saibalaji in this journey of building a temple for the divine SaiBaba. Both of them started to narrow down a suitable site for the temple and visited many areas in Chennai, Chengalpettu, Kanchipuram and the surrounding areas. Finally Sairam came down to Tirunelveli to start a business and that is when they found an apt location for the temple in Kondanagaram which is 14 kms from Tirunelveli.

With the divine Shirdi SaiBaba's blessing, the land was bought and the Bhoomi pooja was conducted on Wednesday, 24th April 2013. And with the grace of the Almighty Sai Maharaaj and the continuous support of the blessed Sai devotees, the temple was built with SaiBaba's Moolasthanam. On 9th April 2017, the Saibaba idol was erected and from that day the temple was opened to the public.

What is more endearing and spiritually uplifting is that on that day, an elderly woman came and thanked Saibalaji and Sairam for building a temple here at Tirunelveli. She was also an ardent devotee of SaiBaba and was a regular at the Kallidaikurichi SaiBaba temple which was around 40 kms from Tirunelveli. It was getting really difficult for her to commute from Tirunelveli to Kallidaikurichi due to her old age. It was then the new temple in Kondanagaram was opened. She was very happy and grateful to them for that.

A second bigger idol of the Almighty SaiBaba was erected in the temple on 19th October 2018 as part of the centenary celebration of His Samadhi. Also every year, Kumbhabishekam is performed during the Tamil month of Panguni, generally on the first or second Sunday of April.

An Aarthi is performed daily four times. On all auspicious Thursdays, the temple will be at its full capacity for Darshan and Annadhanam is offered during noon and night.
